PTFE is non-melt-processable with the highest temperature resistance (260 °C continuous). FEP is melt-processable, transparent and softer — ideal for tubing and liners where optical clarity matters. PFA combines melt-processability with chemical resistance close to PTFE, making it the preferred choice for high-purity semiconductor and pharma applications. Kaxite supplies all three grades with full custom CNC machining.
Standard sheet and rod sizes start from 10 kg per order, with stock available for trial orders. Custom molded or machined parts have no fixed MOQ — we accept prototype and small-batch runs. Sample and small-batch lead time is 5–7 working days; complex geometries or large-volume orders take 10–15 working days. A 3-day expedited service is available for urgent shutdown and turnaround schedules.
Yes. Our in-house compounding lab formulates 15% glass-filled PTFE for wear resistance, 25% carbon-filled for improved thermal conductivity, bronze-filled for reduced creep under high load, and MOS₂-filled for low-friction dry running. Filled grades typically reduce creep relaxation by up to 40% compared with virgin PTFE, extending seal life in chemical and hydraulic service.
Absolutely. Our virgin PTFE, FEP and PFA grades comply with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 and USP Class VI. We ship a certificate of analysis with every batch, and lot-level traceability from raw resin to finished part. For pharmaceutical and medical device customers we can also arrange third-party extractables testing on request.
We quote on EXW, FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF and DDP terms. Payment is accepted by T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, or negotiated terms for repeat customers.
